James Dittman, Co-Managing Director
Jim founded Next Level Performance (formerly Dittman Incentive Marketing) in 1976. In his career, he has been named “Incentive Executive of the Year” by the Motivation Show, one of the “25 Most Influential People in the Travel Business” by Business Travel News, and the organization was named one of the “five most innovative incentive companies” in the U.S. by Successful Meetings magazine.
Dave Dittman, Co-Managing Director
Dave is responsible for the strategic direction of the Client Services team in the creation and delivery of incentive travel- and merchandise-based marketing programs. Dave has developed award-winning programs for numerous companies. He has been named an industry leader by Incentive magazine, has won several Circle of Excellence Awards from the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), and is a frequent speaker at banking and insurance industry functions nationwide.
Marty Doyle, Vice President, Travel Experiences
Marty works with Next Level clients and the travel team to produce unforgettable experiences for our guests. Marty is a SITE member and the constant champion of creativity, quality assurance, and best practices. Although his roots are in Great Britain, he has lived and worked in the U.S. for several years. He is an avid world traveler and has operated programs in Kenya, Tanzania, Florence, Venice, Necker Island, Champagne, Lausanne, The Greek Isles, Croatia, Hawaii, and the Bahamas, among many other destinations worldwide.
Victor Sawi, Vice President, Sales and Services
Victor is responsible for the new client acquisition and the integrated efforts of the Client and Customer Services teams. Prior to joining Next Level Performance, he has worked in a wide array of industries, including retail, insurance and financial services / banking. Victor is very capable of seeing programs from our clients’ viewpoint, as his first encounter with Next Level Performance was as a client. He is a proud alumni of the University of Pittsburgh.
Susan Adams, Vice President, Engagement
Susan is responsible for marketing and communications. She is passionate about the strategies and benefits of employee engagement, incentive, and recognition programs. Currently she serves on the board of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) and chairs the IRF Research Committee. Susan has also served on the board of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), is past president of the Recognition Council, and is a SHRM member. An avid traveler and former planner, Susan is also interested in the art and science of incentive travel.
Brian Duffy, Vice President of Business Development
With an extensive background in performance motivation and business improvement, Brian brings a broad understanding of incentive and engagement solutions to every discussion. His goal is to connect clients and potential clients to the right information, communication, and technology to achieve their desired program results. Brian is an avid reader, snowboarder, and golfer, and enjoys the great outdoors in Colorado, where he is based.
Brian Carr, Senior Director of Sales Operations
Brian is integral to the Business Development process, and leads the Customer Service team. He brings a strong retailing background to the company, and manages the domestic and international online Rewards Mall, ensuring the latest merchandise and gift cards are available to program participants around the world. Brian is a member of the Incentive and Engagement Solution Providers (IESP) industry group.
Mario La Spina, Senior Director of Finance & HR
Mario oversees all Financial and Human Resources functions, including general accounting, budgeting, cash management, and teammate benefits. In this role, he is responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly financial management reports, as well as the company’s budgets and cash flows.
Jennifer Mazza, Director of Travel Operations
Jennifer manages Travel Department Operations and ensures that our travel programs are rooted in best practices. She strives to deliver a flawless experience for participants on site. With a natural affinity for all things logistical, Jennifer is an in-house expert for large programs, as well as event production and design. She enjoys working closely with our clients to cultivate longstanding relationships and reflect their brands in every aspect of their programs, as well as coaching Next Level colleagues on travel operations.
Chris Reppy, Director of Product Development
Chris manages the development of our software products and technology solutions. He has over 10 years of experience with developing and supporting B2B web applications and mobile apps that are used by hundreds of businesses. Chris and his team take pride in using the latest technology to deliver engaging software products that delight users and are cost effective for our clients.
