Next Level Performance is honored by NJBIZ as one of the 2017 Best Places to work in New Jersey for its strong philosophy of employee engagement, personal development, and workplace values.

Next Level Performance is named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the third year in a row. The program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees), and recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. 75% of the total evaluation was based on an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The balance consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
