Next Level Performance is pleased to announce the addition of Mike McWilliams as Vice President of Marketing and Client Strategy.
Mike has been in the incentive and events business for more than 25 years. He started his career as an ad copywriter and he’s an award-winning creative director, loyalty strategist and marketer.
“Mike brings a unique skillset to the business and a long history of client service,” says Dave Dittman, President of Next Level Performance. “We are excited to tap his expertise as we build out new and innovative solutions for our clients.”
Mike will lead Next Level’s strategy, marketing and communications efforts, with a focus on expanding platform-based solutions to meet Next Level’s growing list of clients and their incentive needs. “I’m excited to join Next Level Performance as Vice President of Marketing and Client Strategy,” said McWilliams. “For more than 40 years they’ve been industry leaders, and I’m very much looking forward to working alongside an energetic team with extraordinary expertise.”
Mike most recently led strategy and marketing efforts for Aimia’s B2B loyalty arm in the US, and for the Minneapolis-based engagement firm MotivAction. He is currently Vice Chair of the Incentive Research Foundation’s Research Committee. Mike resides outside of Denver, Colorado.
