Our Company
Next Level Performance
A Dittman Company
Our company was founded in 1976 by Jim Dittman. He wanted to create a place where he would want to work – not necessarily a big company, but a great company. In the years since, we have grown into a vibrant organization focused on helping companies move their people to the next level. That’s why we decided to rebrand our company in 2016. We changed the name from Dittman Incentive Marketing to Next Level Performance, to best reflect what we do for our clients, and for our employees, every day.
Whether it’s a white-glove incentive travel program, an engaging employee platform, or an exciting sales campaign, everything we do is to help your company and its people Achieve More™. We offer a unique blend of strategic insight and value. Our full suite of solutions and rewards can be easily implemented, and scaled to fit the budget and scope of the project. Every solution is grounded in over 40 years of experience, guided by the latest research on motivation and engagement, and driven by front-line managers. HOPE Week
HOPE stands for Helping Others Persevere and Excel, and Next Level Performance’s HOPE Week has been adapted from the New York Yankees’ initiative by the same name. Each year, we dedicate time and resources to helping our neighbors and improving our community. HOPE Week provides a meaningful opportunity for every member of our team to get involved and make a difference, and reflects our Next Level Performance mission: To help people and organizations dig deeper, reach higher, and attain the next level.
Among recent initiatives, we focused on alleviating hunger in New Jersey and supporting families on the road back from homelessness. To fight hunger, we partnered with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. Teams of Next Level employees spent time at their warehouse, sorting food and packaging it for distribution. Additionally, we ran a coin drive to benefit the food bank, with funds matched by the company. We also managed a building-wide food drive for our neighbors at Elijah’s Promise, a New Brunswick-based charity with a mission, “Food Changes Lives.” Other Next Level teams worked on helping families in our area. We worked with HomeFront NJ to provide Back-to-School clothing and school supplies for homeless kids, as well as Welcome Home Kits filled with household basics from kitchen supplies to towels, to help homeless families transition into permanent housing. Best of all our own Next Level kids decorated the kits and added welcome home messages to every box.
HOPE Week allows our entire team to get involved and to share our good fortune with our neighbors in need. We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community.
