As experts in the employee incentive and engagement industry, we know it’s essential that the strategies we implement for clients are not different from how we celebrate our own teammates. After all, we value every member of our team and the contributions they make.

Each quarter, we gather as a team to recognize teammates nominated by colleagues for exceptional performance and service, as well as demonstrating our core CARES values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical behavior, and Service. Our Teammate of the Quarter award winner is then announced and celebrated company-wide both in our office and remotely with a team call.

We receive many deserving nominations each quarter for teammates going above and beyond. Below are our exceptional award winners from last year.

Q1 2022 Winner: Stephanie Gross

Stephanie Gross, Creative Operations Manager, was nominated by several colleagues for dependability, responsiveness, commitment, and organization. Stephanie is known for putting in extra work to ensure deadlines are met, and for providing a top-notch level of service.

“Stephanie remains consistent in all aspects of her job. She always makes herself available to anyone needing assistance regardless of day or time. It is no secret that she is vital role player in every program held by Next Level.”

Q2 2022 Winner: Donna Cashin

Donna Cashin, Sr. Client Solutions Specialist, was nominated for going above and beyond the typical job managing assigned programs and client expectations. Donna has made significant contributions related to program management including processing data, platform updates, and maintaining reports—and even rearranged her schedule last-minute to assist on a travel program in Spain, flying out the following day.

“Donna made a thinking contribution by coming up with a solution for improving the management and administration of the Client Services’ calendar for Client Deliverables. She then tested, implemented and rolled out the solution to the entire team.“

Q3 2022 Winners: Stacey Serrano and Jim Heary

Stacey Serrano, Sr. Client Success Manager, and Jim Heary, Lead Applications Developer, both earned the title of Teammate of the Quarter in Q3. Both winners were nominated for their work on a redesign and relaunch of a partners’ recognition program for one of our largest clients.

With pressure to hit a near-term target launch date set by the client, Stacey stepped up to coordinate with internal and external teams—ensuring that the initiative launched on time. Stacey worked to create a project plan and ensured internal teams reacted to feedback in a timely manner.

“The client was under enormous pressure to hit the target launch date, due to their fiscal year. Stacey ensured she collaborated with all parties, acting as the expert and leader of this initiative.”

Jim was nominated for his creativity and collaboration during the launch of this program. Through partnership with internal and external teams, Jim was recognized for overall generosity in sharing knowledge and working towards solutions.

“Jim has helped the data team tremendously by providing insights needed for building better reports to help the organization.”

Q4 2022 Winner: Joanna Silvestro

Joanna Silvestro, Customer Service Representative, was nominated for handling communications with two of our largest clients during the end of last year. While end-of-year is always a very busy period for the Customer Service team, Joanna took the time to help mentor new team members. She has become a go-to person for customers and colleagues alike.

“Joanna is always willing to pitch and help others when needed… She always has a positive demeanor and ‘can do’ attitude and is very deserving of consideration for Teammate of the Quarter!”
