Next Level Performance Named a Best Place to Work in New Jersey for 2024

October 8, 2024

Next Level Performance is once again named one of NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2024, for the 9th time in 10 years.

Next Level Performance, headquartered in New Brunswick, has once again been named one of the best places to work in New Jersey, based on the breath of benefits the company offers and the teammates’ views of the company.  The independent administrators of the program conduct a survey of attitudes on compensation, benefits, training, diversity, resources, career opportunities, culture, and more.  They also analyze the company’s benefits program, including health insurance, 401k, tuition assistance, and several other criteria.

“We take great pride in crafting a culture that helps everyone to thrive,” shares Dave Dittman, president of Next Level.  Every year, we look at the survey results to see what we are doing well and then act on what can be improved. Each team member is a key to our success, and we continually aim to improve by living our CARES values, which have been our foundation for over 45 years.”

Next Level’s CARES values include Collaboration, Accountability, Respect for others, ethical behavior, and exceptional service to our clients, teammates, and community.
