For over 40 years, Next Level Performance has been dedicated to serving its community and making a positive impact. In 2024, the company has continued this tradition by partnering with organizations that support community improvement. 

As a proud supporter of the Community Food Bank of New Jersey (CFBNJ), Next Level Performance once again participated in the 2024 Women Fighting Hunger Luncheon, an event aimed at raising funds for and awareness of food insecurities in the state. In addition, Next Level has sponsored the CFBNJ Child Nutrition Program each year, since its inception seven years ago. In 2024, the company again contributed nutritious meals to children at risk of hunger outside of school. 

And each year, Next Level Performance holds an annual HOPE week (Helping Others Persevere and Excel). In August, employees gathered at company headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ, to package food and hygiene kits for women and children arriving at Turning Point Community Services (TPCS). TPCS supports women on their journey to independence and stability through innovative programs and services. Next Level contributions included essential items such as towels and washcloths, blankets, snack packs, period packs, and children’s books.

 Next Level made substantial contributions to the All Rise Foundation, Save the Children, and Wounded Warriors.  The company also provides each employee with funding for donations to charitable organizations of their choice. Organizations benefited through Next Level and its employees include Autism Speaks, World Central Kitchen, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Anchor House, Special Olympics, Wreaths Across America, and many more.
