CARES Values
Living our CARES Values (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical Behavior and Empathy, and Service) every day is meaningful to us. We always strive to bring them to our actions for both internal and external stakeholders—and it shows.
We also use our proprietary employee recognition platform—Applaudit—to shine a light on successes and express our appreciation with peer-to-peer recognition and quarterly award nominations. In addition, we celebrate impact, leadership, and values-driven excellence with annual awards and recognition events.
