Here at Next Level Performance, we’ve been named as an NJBIZ Best Place to Work for the fourth time. How’d we celebrate? With a team lunch and a screening of Office Space, of course!

We’re proud to work for a company that puts its CARES values (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical Behavior, and Service) at the forefront of everything we do. As our company president, Dave Dittman, reminded us, there’s always room for improvement. But we know that our ideas are welcome and that our colleagues are our work family.

We’ll find out in May how we ranked among other companies, but in the meantime, we’ll be happy to celebrate this great achievement!
