Our client’s goal was to rapidly increase market share and sales revenue. One of the key decisions made was to accelerate a number of existing incentive and rewards programs, and begin new ones designed to recognize, reward and motivate employees, the sales force, channel partners, and customers.
The program was based on a points system, and participants received points for closed referrals. Participants could redeem points for rewards including gift cards, merchandise, travel, and event tickets.
