Dittman Incentive Marketing continues to enhance its TotalPRO® Recognition Platform, with the addition of the Program Activity Dashboard and PRO Reporting modules. These features underscore Dittman’s focus on customer experience, providing detailed information about a program’s performance.
Dittman Incentive Marketing’s TotalPRO platform is a powerful software solution for managing recognition and rewards programs and has a proven record of success in motivating participants and reinforcing valued behavior. With the new reporting enhancements, platform administrators can now see and measure a program’s performance in greater detail through any activity performed on the platform within a chosen time period.
The Program Activity Dashboard displays manager and peer participation data in real time. By highlighting trends in recognition, the Activity Dashboard will help administrators determine the aspects of a program that need attention to boost results where and when they are needed. Drilldown capability makes it easy to see detailed information about statistics on the Activity Dashboard. Both summary and detailed information include unregistered users, recent recognition, visitor demographics and more.
Steve Cummins, Vice President of Business Operations says, “Our clients rely on TotalPRO as a tool to engage their employees. These enhanced reporting capabilities allow them to identify the groups who are engaging at a high level, and those who may need more support and coaching.”
In addition to TotalPRO’s standard suite of reports, the new PRO Reporting Module allows administrators to create and customize new reports specific to their needs. All reports can be easily filtered, sorted, and grouped in multiple ways. Users can also drill down to see additional details. Frequently used reports can be saved to a personal Favorite Reports list, providing quicker access to the most useful information. Both the Activity Dashboard and PRO Reporting modules can easily export their data to Excel for permanent reference.
