Dittman Incentive Marketing has been honored by NJBIZ as one of the 2015 Best Places to work in New Jersey for its strong philosophy of employee engagement, personal development, and workplace values.
The “Best Places to Work” survey and award program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce, and businesses.
The program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees). Dittman Incentive Marketing has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small/medium category.

Dittman’s engaged workforce is shaped by an employee-focused culture. The company volunteers with local organizations, such as Elijah’s Promise, and provides annual donations to the favorite charities of each team-mate in addition to substantial other financial donations. The organization’s core values are expressed by, Dittman CARES, which stand for Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical Behavior, and Service.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. 75% of the total evaluation was based on an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The balance consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
