“As a specialist in the employee recognition and engagement industry, Dittman Incentive Marketing is proud to receive this honor, validating the philosophy and practices that the company is built on,” Susan Adams, Director of Engagement at Dittman says. “We understand how important it is to ignite the best efforts of employees every day. Employee engagement is our business and we are dedicated to creating inspiring programs, for our clients and for our own team.”
Dittman’s engaged workforce is shaped by an employee-focused culture. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. 75% of the total evaluation was based on an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The balance consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
