To reflect this purpose, the company will now be known as Next Level Performance, a Dittman Company. The name change is effective as of today, August 1, which also marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of the company.
The Next Level Performance brand highlights the core purpose of the company – to help organizations to dig deeper, reach higher, and attain the next level. The new name also reinforces the commitment to helping client organizations to grow, and to build thriving cultures with creative engagement solutions and strategies.

She is interested in the strategies and benefits of employee engagement, incentive, and recognition programs. An avid traveler, she is also passionate about the art and science of incentive travel.
