Happy Holidays from Next Level Performance!

Happy Holidays from Next Level Performance!

December 20, 2018

The Next Level Performance team would like to wish you all Happy Holidays!

If you have extra time off during the holidays, we hope you use the opportunity to relax, spend time with friends and family, and celebrate yet another successful year! It’s a good time to reflect on past successes and prepare for another spectacular year of personal and professional development. Not only that, but taking advantage of the time off is critical to your physical and mental health, and does wonders for boosting productivity and engagement at work.

From working hard all week to running errands to paying bills, a lot of people don’t often have an opportunity to de-stress and even think about their well-being. The combination of constant stimulation, sitting down for hours on end, and sleeping less and less can be detrimental to your immune system, so during the break be sure to not only sleep in, but take some time to go out and get on your feet – whether by going for a walk or helping the family cook for the holidays. Extra sleep and exercise are the ultimate mood boosters, and you’ll find that you’ll become more focused and productive.

It’s so easy to get caught up in day-to-day responsibilities and fall out of touch with old friends or even family members. There’s no better time to reconnect with loved ones and have some fun together.

Don’t forget to wish your teammates a Happy Holidays too! Here at Next Level, we got together last week to celebrate the season. This year, the team enjoyed a festive lunch at a restaurant close to the office, and recognized our Teammate of the Year and the annual Director’s Award. We also made holiday wishes come true for kids at Homefront, collected coats and blankets for neighbors in need at Elijah’s Promise, and donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. We even sang a little karaoke! The Holiday Party was a great time for the entire team, and we look forward to a successful 2019.

No matter how you spend your holidays we wish you health, happiness, and success in the new year.
