Kids Bring Hope to HOPE Week 2019: Unique Halloween Bags

October 25, 2019

During Next Level Performance’s HOPE Week 2019 event, some lucky kids got an opportunity for a little better chapter in their Halloween story.

“We are excited to build these Halloween treat bags! The foster kids are going to get a nice bag of fun goodies.” said Stacey Serrano, PMP, our Sr. Client Success Manager. “HOPE Week is all about Helping Others Persevere and Excel.” She was happy to share these photos, taken as company kids put together Halloween treat bags for kids that CASA knows to be in transition.

Crafty kids! Next Level Performance Project Managers Stephanie Gross and Jackie Leming (not pictured) were joined by Abe Pendon, as children of employees got busy infusing Treat Bags with unique inspirations for a happier Halloween, later to be distributed to out-of-home kids by CASA of Middlesex County.

Bountiful bags! Colorful cards, activities and treats fill the Halloween Bags prepared by children of Next Level Performance employees. Each bag was warmed by the touch of children’s hands to make each a unique expression of care for children less fortunate.

“Change a child’s story” is an amazing mission statement, yet that is exactly the brave task that CASA sets for itself. “Every child deserves a safe home.” explained Nora Siklosi Szabo, MA, CASA Outreach Coordinator. “I am for the child who still needs a safe home. Lift up a child’s voice. A child’s life.™” added Stephanie Brown, LSW, CASA of Middlesex County’s Executive Director.

Next Level Performance is proud to collaborate with CASA of Middlesex County during our Hope Week 2019 because they are energetic and passionate about the important work they do. Their successful outcomes are apparent, and their mission is in line with our CARES principles. They remind us to be Accountable for the disadvantaged, to show Respect for all, and impress us with the sense of urgency that they bring to Service.
