New Director of Travel Experiences Joins Next Level Performance

Next Level Performance has named Leigh Wilkins as the company’s new Director, Travel Experiences. After working for Next Level Performance on the travel team for several years in the past, Leigh returns to co-manage the company’s award-winning travel department alongside the Director of Travel Operations.

Leigh Wilkins joins Next Level Performance as Director of Travel Experiences, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in event and incentive travel trip planning and execution. In her past position at the company, Leigh oversaw 40 world-class incentive travel programs annually, achieving major success in maintaining client relationships and increasing revenue. Since her initial time at Next Level, Leigh has worked in the events and entertainment, and non-profit industries helping improve accounts by engaging with the community and delivering on exceptional initiatives. She brings with her this unique experience as she takes on her new position with that company.

In her role as Director of Travel Experiences, Leigh will be co-managing the Travel Department with Director of Travel Operations, Jennifer Mazza, to create, plan, and deliver extraordinary incentive travel programs for existing Next Level clients. Together, Leigh and Jennifer will work hard with their team to exceed both client and participant expectations as they craft unique experiences around the globe. Leigh brings with her a high standard of customer service and a commitment to working side by side with Next Level’s clients as an advisor and advocate for their programs.
