[New Brunswick, NJ] (October 14, 2022) – Next Level Performance, an industry leader in group travel, meetings and events, is pleased to share a series of promotions and advancements in our travel operations team.

“After a period of rapid growth and the successful delivery of the biggest travel season in our history, we are pleased to announce the promotion of several members of our Travel team. In addition, we’re making a few changes to better serve our clients and to provide an even greater depth of support throughout the organization”, said Dave Dittman, President of Next Level Performance.

Susan Adams is now Next Level’s Vice President of Engagement Strategy & Corporate Services. This new role will allow her to expand her engagement work both internally and externally, as well as focus on vendor relationships and contracting. She will also have responsibility for our air vendor management as well as travel sourcing and procurement.

Jennifer Mazza is now Vice President, Travel Programs. Jennifer will be responsible for the Travel business unit, overseeing world-class program delivery around the globe.

Other advancements in the team include:

               Cheryl Hammerschlag, promoted to Director, Travel Operations

               Sarah Thompson, promoted to Director, Travel Operations

               Lauren Mlinar, promoted to Manager, Travel Data Services
