The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) and COMMERCE Magazine acknowledged Next Level Performance, a Dittman Company, for James Dittman’s outstanding leadership and values with a Best Practices Award.
The award winners were chosen from over 100 submissions from chief-executive-officers, managing partners and business owners. Best Practice Awards were given to business leaders selected by a blue-ribbon panel of judges assembled by CIANJ. Susan Adams, Sr Director of Engagement, attended the 3rd Annual Best Practice Conference to accept the award on behalf of the company.
As part of the salute to leadership, COMMERCE Magazine Editor Miles Epstein asked business executives to share thoughts on the subject for the magazine’s annual Best Practices Guide.
James Dittman is featured in the upcoming issue of COMMERCE Magazine on behalf of Next Level Performance. He says, “Values shape attitudes and drive behaviors. The first two values in our “Dittman CARES” acronym are Collaboration and Accountability. Collaboration as the way to find the best solutions for our clients and Accountability of each team-mate for their contribution. Our company-wide, employee-engagement, software platform elevates the profile of those living the corporate values by allowing team-mates to publicly recognize them. It becomes the vehicle to thank a team-mate, to share a bright idea or best practice, or to congratulate for an anniversary or a promotion. It creates a culture of recognition and encourages collaboration and accountability.”
