The Next Level Performance team gathers every quarter to nominate teammates who live up to the company values. As a company that CARES, Next Level prides itself on Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical behavior, and Service. Every nomination demonstrates the values of Next Level Performance and delivers on the company mission: To help people and organizations dig deeper, reach higher, and attain the next level.
In addition to nominating upstanding employees, Next Level recognizes the Teammate of the Quarter. In Q4, the Teammate of the Quarter is Senior Travel Program Specialist, Lauren Mlinar! Lauren has been a key player in the travel department, helping make every extraordinary travel program possible. In reflecting on a yet another successful quarter, we sat down with Lauren to ask a few questions:
How has your role changed throughout your two years at Next Level Performance?
I started out as a Travel Experience Coordinator, helping register participants for programs and assisting the rest of the travel department with other related tasks. Now, as a Senior Travel Program Specialist I work directly with both planners and their clients to put together successful programs, report on our progress, and onboard new travel specialists.
What are some of your biggest accomplishments from the last quarter?
Last quarter we hired two new Travel Specialists, so I spent the much of the quarter training them and familiarizing them with the company. I’ve also been in charge of overseeing a program for a building materials distributor that involves 1,300 participants traveling to Las Vegas for a buying show event. I helped create the registration site on an all-new platform in only a matter of weeks, helped participants register for the event, and assisted both the planner and the client with reporting and other tasks related to ensuring this program succeeds.
What about your job are you most passionate about?
I enjoy sharing the responsibility of putting together exciting, successful travel programs alongside the rest of the travel department. Knowing that what I do on a daily basis results in making our clients happy is the best reward for all of the hard work I put into my job. I also am happy to be able to welcome new hires to the travel department and assist them in learning their new positions.
