The challenge:
Create a program sure to motivate channel partners and customers year-round and guaranteed to live up to expectations.
The solution: Kaua’i, HI
One of the most appealing destinations for a domestic incentive program is Hawaii—and for good reason!
Our team organized a memorable event in Kaua’i featuring a welcome event by the saltwater lagoon, a private offsite luau, a farewell occasion with dancing, and two exclusive excursions attended by top executives, suppliers, and customers.
The team arranged for a special evening at Merriman’s Kaua’i with celebrity chef Lee Anne Wong, known as a favorite competitor on Top Chef. Guests enjoyed a hands-on dumpling demo and a four-course dinner crafted by Wong with the restaurant’s executive chef. Participants took home autographed cookbooks and custom rolling pins making for a memorable highlight.
The next day, private helicopters transported select guests to lunch at the historic Kilohana Plantation. Guests enjoyed a scenic 50-minute flight before landing directly at the plantation. The group then gathered for lunch on the plantation house’s lanai, bringing everyone together in a truly unique setting.






The challenge:
Our client aimed to deepen relationships with top performers in an exclusive luxury setting, offering unique activities and a hands-on community service option.
The solution: Punta Mita, Mexico
The ultimate oasis of relaxation and luxury is only a short trip south – less than an hour from PVR.
From elegant amenities to breathtaking views, our client participants enjoyed a true five-star experience at the Four Season’s Resort in Punta Mita. Known for its remarkable sense of place, the resort was the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence amidst the stunning landscapes of Mexico’s Pacific coast.
Our team also collaborated with local partners to design and deliver a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at a local school. Driven by purpose, participants planted trees, organized supplies, and installed benches and tables, bringing new life to the campus. The company also met the students, gifted sporting goods, renovated teacher quarters, and donated funds for a project to provide a permanent shelter from rain and extreme heat.
The challenge:
Create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for top sales people, inspiring performance throughout the year and driving results.
The solution: A luxury Mediterranean cruise with unforgettable moments across multiple countries.
Cruises offer the chance to visit multiple breathtaking destinations at once—and this cruise was one for the books! Beginning at the Waldorf Astoria in Rome, our group boarded the elegant Crystal Symphony and stopped at ports in Monaco, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Corsica, Sardinia, and Marseille. Participants were provided ample free time to explore each port at their leisure, with group meet-ups throughout.
Prior to boarding the Crystal Symphony, guests were treated to an exclusive tour of the Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel before it opened to the public. But the peak experience came a few days later, when on the way down the stunning Mediterranean coastline, we hosted a rooftop lunch overlooking Casino Square in the heart of Monaco to watch a Formula 1 race during the Monaco Grand Prix. This experience was a highlight that truly captured the once-in-a-lifetime spirit of the journey!







The challenge:
Select a city destination with a strong cultural ambiance, sure to appeal to a large group of participants from around the globe, with relatively easy airlift, but less likely to have been visited before by most guests. Destination appeal and easy access inspired global employees to deliver their best performance throughout the year.
The solution: Lisbon, Portugal
Cultural immersion defined this program, with guests enjoying a local welcome gifting suite and an evening honoring top performers, offering memorable experiences that combined culture, entertainment, and philanthropy.
The journey began with a Welcome Reception at Estufa Fria, where participants enjoyed local Portuguese beverages, traditional cuisine, and the captivating performance of a fado fusion band amidst the lush greenhouse gardens.
Later, they were transported to a royal past during the Gala Night at the magnificent Palácio Correio Mor, complete with opulent surroundings and performers inspired by history.
While in Portugal, participants engaged in a CSR activity benefiting Santa Casa Da Misericordia Do Montijo and the Center for Life Support, assembling and donating essential furniture items—cribs, dressers, and bookshelves—for families in need.
These thoughtfully curated events showcased the unique charm of Lisbon while leaving a meaningful impact on both the guests and the community.
The challenge:
Identify a US-based destination, with strong appeal for large back-to-back programs, for two different audiences.
The solution: Palm Springs, CA
What could be better than visiting the warm weather of the desert at the tail-end of a long winter? This April, our team executed a program in the heart of Coachella Valley. Set against picturesque mountains with endless sunshine, the destination offered our clients a rejuvenating retreat full of laid-back luxury and outdoor adventure. Participants enjoyed golfing, spa treatments, and poolside relaxation; creating memorable experiences that truly captured the essence of Palm Springs.
Executives and manufacturing partners meet with top performing employees and customers in these back-to-back programs designed to foster valuable connections and know-how through events, educational panels, and engaging activities (including a jeep excursion through the desert!). This served to create a memorable experience for participants, provide valuable content and recognition, and build loyalty.
