Here at Next Level Performance, continuing education, in all aspects of our business, is an on-going commitment to our clients and employees. With that being said, we are pleased to announce that Shannon Prekop, Marketing Associate, and Andrew Devoto, Client Services Associate of Next Level Performance have received certification as Engagement Practitioner from the Enterprise Engagement Alliance.
To earn this designation, a Certified Engagement Practitioner (CEP) needs to demonstrate an understanding of employee engagement with experience in design and implementation of programs.
Using their existing experience, Shannon and Andrew studied and tested in three main areas, based on extensive research on what a formal engagement framework should encompass: the economics, the audience, and the tactics. The EEA says of the program, “In addition to understanding all of the issues and tactics involved with engagement, the practitioner has to understand how to effectively integrate them to achieve specific goals with a favorable return on investment (ROI).”
There are many benefits both the company and the individuals receiving this certification. Most importantly, it helps our team address clients’ pain points by strategically creating a solution that will be most successful in addressing their unique needs.
Andrew said about the accomplishment, “Being up-to-date on industry information is important. I am very proud to be a part of a company that helps their employees excel and creates opportunity to better serve our clients.”
Additionally, the certification adds to our insight and knowledge of engagement. As industry veterans, we pride ourselves on the decades of experience we use to offer helpful content to those looking for information on all subjects Employee Engagement, and are eager to stay up-to-date on the latest thinking and best practices.
Being a part of both the Sales and Marketing departments, Shannon says this certification is helpful in earning trust. “One of our values is to provide spectacular service to our clients and community and I think becoming a CEP helps accomplish that.“
Shannon and Andrew are joining several other certified practitioners here at Next Level. Congrats!
